These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding contract between You and Quizli Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "Quizli", "we", "our" and "us"). You must agree to and accept all of the Terms, or you don't have the right to use the Services. Your usage of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services.
When you open "Quizli" and start using the website, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the website. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the website, any part of the website, or our trademarks in any way.
Skill-Based Quiz Platform
Quizli is a skill-based knowledge quiz platform. Outcomes on Quizli are determined entirely by the user's knowledge, reading speed and accuracy of answers — not by chance, luck, or any random element. Quizli is not a game of chance, lottery, betting or gambling of any kind.
Quiz Contest Rules
Quizli hosts multiple Quiz Contests active for participation throughout the day for its users. Below are the rules pertaining to Quiz Contests active on Quizli.
- Each Quiz Contest has a Start Time and an End Time. Users can participate in the Quiz Contests during this period only as they are time-frame based.
- The Quiz Contest Name, its Start-time, End-time and Rank metrics are clearly mentioned for each contest active on Quizli.
- It is pertinent and foremost important to note that NO Quiz Contests active on Quizli have Cash, Prize money or any direct monetary instrument as reward. All Contests only have Coins as the reward.
- It is also pertinent to note that the coins mentioned in point (iii) are absolutely free. A User can win coins through quizzes, referrals, continuity of streaks, scratch & win features, or by watching rewarded video ads in case the user has fewer coins in their Quizli wallet.
- Coins are virtual in-app currency only. Coins have no monetary value outside the Quizli platform, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be purchased with real money.
- Coins may be redeemed in the in-app Reward Store for digital vouchers (such as Amazon Gift Vouchers) made available by the Company at its sole discretion. Voucher availability, value and quantity are subject to change without notice.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to participate in any Contest on Quizli. Participation is open to all eligible users free of charge. The use of in-app Coins for contest entry does not constitute a real-money payment as Coins themselves are obtained free of cost.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. Quizli is intended for residents of jurisdictions where skill-based knowledge contests are legally permitted. Residents of states or countries where such contests are restricted (including, but not limited to, certain Indian states) should not use the Services.
Account & Security
You agree not to use VPNs or any technology that conceals your geo-location while accessing the Services. The Company reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or any violation of these Terms. Coins earned through fraudulent means are subject to forfeiture.
Advertising
Quizli is supported by third-party advertising including Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager and other ad networks. By using the Services you acknowledge that ads will be shown and that ad partners may use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is". The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services. Voucher fulfillment is subject to availability and may take up to 30 working days.
Changes
These Terms may change at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
